At FOREVER HC26, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help with our straightforward returns process.
1. Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
2. Eligible Items
Most items can be returned, but please note the following exceptions:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Personalized or customized products
- Intimate apparel and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
- Products without original tags or packaging

3. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:
- Contact us through our website with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Include the return authorization number with your package
- Ship the item back to the address provided
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:
- Changed your mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Defective or incorrect item: We will cover return shipping costs
- Damaged in transit: We will arrange collection at no cost to you
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
6. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color:
- Contact us to check availability of the replacement item
- Follow the return process above
- We will ship the replacement item once we receive your return
- If there is a price difference, we will contact you to arrange payment or refund
7. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs
- No need to return the item unless we specifically request it
8. Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange to send the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the stated timeframe:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement
- Contact your bank or credit card company (processing may take time)
- If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us
10. International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
